Jerry Sandusky, convicted in June of 45 counts of abuse of minors, will be sentenced on October 9th. Judge John Cleland will determine if Sandusky should be classified as a sexually violent predator. After the determination, Sandusky will be sentenced. He is expected to received hundreds of years, a life sentence for the 68 year-old former Penn State assistant football coach. Sandusky also faces a long civil court battle; former victims have already filed civil suits.
